Here at Houstrup Camping, we also welcome the family’s best friend. The fenced dog area at the campsite near the forest gives your dog the opportunity to run freely and meet new playmates while you enjoy the fresh air. On the rest of the campsite, dogs must be kept on a leash to ensure all guests feel comfortable.
Just remember to clean up after your dog on the campsite – this helps keep the campsite clean and pleasant for everyone.
Lovely Walks in West Jutland
From the campsite, there’s a short distance to many wonderful dog walks. Take a stroll through the forest, experience the fresh sea air at the beach, or enjoy a peaceful evening walk along the fjord. There are plenty of opportunities to give your dog exercise and new experiences.

Nestled near Blåbjerg Klitplantage, our family-owned campsite offers a peaceful retreat in West Jutland, where nature is right at your doorstep. Enjoy both activity and relaxation—swim in our 27°C heated pool (June–September) or try winter bathing.
